1. The promoter is: 黑料入口 whose registered office is at Mercantile House, Hampshire Terrace, 黑料入口, PO1 2EG.
  2. The competition is open to students from the 黑料入口 attending the Welcome Fest event.
  3. The rules of the competition and route to entry are as follows: Entrants must complete the Hello, Future Me form during the Welcome Fest Event on Saturday 20 or Sunday 21 September 2025 to participate in the prize draw.
  4. The closing date for entry is 23.59pm (BST) on Sunday 21 September 2025.
  5. Two winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the promoter.
  6. The winners will be notified within fourteen days of the competition鈥檚 closing date. The promoter will contact the winners through the email address they have provided within the form. 
  7. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within seven days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick replacement winners.
  8. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  9. By entering this competition, the entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  10. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, destroyed or not received for whatever reason.
  12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter鈥檚 control.
  13. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  14. The prize is two 黑料入口 hoodies.
  15. The Alumni Team will reach out to request the size, colour and a delivery address from the winners.
  16. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. The prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.
  17. The promoter will deliver the prizes to the winners at the addresses provided under clause 15. Alternatively, the prizes may be collected from Mercantile House, Hampshire Terrace, 黑料入口, PO1 2EG. The prizes will be posted or made available for collection within 28 days of the competition closing date.
  18. The promoter鈥檚 decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  20. Insofar as is permitted by law, the University will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize. 
  21. The winners agree to the use of their name(s) in any publicity material. 
  22. The winners names will be available to request 56 days after the competition鈥檚 closing date by emailing the following address: alumni@port.ac.uk.
  23. After the competition, your data will be used for us to send a copy of your answers, if permission granted, and in accordance with the Alumni Privacy Policy.
